Revisiting Jesse's Girl Lipstick- 12 Times!

Image
**Press Samples** New LIPSTICK!!! There's nothing better than new lipstick colors, especially from such a great, affordable brand. I have been showing off Jesse's Girl products for quite some time so I get super excited each time I get a new one to play with.  While most of these are not new colors, they have completely new packaging. There are 12 colors in total and they range from a light, sheer nude to a bright sexy red.  The Jesse's Girl lipsticks range from matte to creme to shimmer.  Each applies smoothly and without any sticky after application.  For only $4.99, you can't go wrong with picking up a few to rock through the Spring and Summer. If you buy from the Jesse's Girl website , you can snatch up free shipping on orders over $20. You can also snatch these at most drug and superstores.

Seasonal Lip Color You Will Love from Zoya

Image
**Press Samples** Zoya has been cranking out some fantastic lip colors and I was so excited to see the lineup for their Seasonal line. Sticking with the dusty theme of their Sophisticates Collection, the colors in this collection are some of my personal favorites.  I will say that I am a little sad that there isn't a matte in the collection, but that's just my personal bias towards mattes that's giving me that sadness! Each of these colors applied smoothly and felt just as smooth during wear. Tommy was the only color that gave me a little bit of a struggle during appellation, but I feel like that goes with any deep, dark purple, black or blue. That's deep pigment makes for tricky application. I found it best to apply in continuous stokes in the same direction so you don't get the pigment balled up.  💜Bristol is a medium berry tone that has pink undertones. 💜Izzy is a little brighter than Bristol which Zoya describes as a deep fuchsia. 💜Addie is a b...

Zoya for the Kissers- Wanderlust 2017 Summer Collection

Image
**Press Sample** Ohhhh NEW lippies from Zoya !! Yes, I have 3 new colors- so new that I even had to wait quite a while for them to land on my doorstep. All pinks and all ready for summer!  First up is Kirby . She is a bright watermelon pink and is perfect for a relaxing summer look. Kirby is pretty sheer so you will have to give yourself some beautiful layers. Smooth and buttery, this is a great accessory to any fun, summer look.  Kitty is the pink shimmer from these three beauties. In the tube, it looks way more pigmented and way more shimmery than it does on my lips. I am not mad about it. I love the finish on Kitty . It is the perfect amount of shimmer without being overpowering.  Zoya describes Kay as a sheer red. In the tube, it leans more the to pink side, but on the skin it is a lot darker in pigment. I would still say that it leans pink- maybe because I am a pink lover at heart and everything just shines through a little bit more pink for me...

My First LipSense Experience!!

Image
**Product Review** Ok, so I just hopped on the LipSense train. I have seen so many people play with this regimen and I admit, I have grown more and more curious. When a friend of mine approached me about doing a review, I had to try it. I am going to do 2 posts about LipSense . Today will be a review of the products I got to try and the next one will be a comparison post with other long-wear lipsticks to see how it measure up. Stay tuned for that in the next couple weeks! I got to use one of the most popular LipSense color- Bella. Each color is $25 and don't forget, you can pick colors up from Stephanie by using her distributor #280069 or emailing her at wolbert214@hotmail.com I am going to show a full tutorial on SnapChat and YouTube, but here are the basics: 1. Exfoliate. If you don't already do this, make it part of your daily routine. It's so important for those kissers!! I use Jelly Pong Lip Scrub right now . 2. Shake your tube of LipSense, well. 3. Zoya Charming Collection 2017 is Bringing on the Spring

Image
**Press Samples** Ok... I am totally impressed by this collection. There are three creme finishes and three shimmer micro sparkle finishes. I am super excited about all of the purple shades, too! I mean, hello heaven, to a purple lover like me!!   JORDAN Jordan is a soft bubble gum pink that is perfect for all those spring manis! It's super soft and full coverage in one coat! I did two just for good measure, but you can get away with one if you are in a hurry.   AMIRA Amira is a soft, baby blue that Zoya describes as a soft dewy blue with micro sparkles throughout. These are a little bit more sheer than the cremes, so you may have to go with two to three coats to get a good coverage. It looked way more sheer than it really is in the bottle.   LACEY Lacey is a light pastel green swirled with some micro sparkles. Zoya describes this as a light dewy green. I say more like a very pastel lime. I don't own a color like this, so I am pumped to add ...

Zoya Neutral Lipstick and Some Nails to Match

Image
**Press Samples** Ok, ok!! Today, I am bringing you some pigmented neutral lipsticks matched up with a perfect nail polish counterpart. Zoya Perfect Lipsticks come in 13 different shades and are $12. Be sure to follow Zoya on all of their channels because they are a brand that has soooo many promotions.  Cameron This is a creamy, satin finished nude color. I'm usually not a fan of nudes just because they look horrible on me. It's a personal thing. I do love the pigment of this color, though. It's full of color and the formula is spot on with the rest of the wonderful Perfect collection.  I chose Gina as a match with this lippy because of the dark/ light contrast. Gina is a brown in it's most perfect shade; which you will see a little later on my actual nails.  Paisley   This is a lovely rose colored lipstick that is opaque with a couple swipes. In the swatch above, I have two layers on and you can see that it is still quite translucent, but sti...
