Metropolis Ipsy January Glam Bag

Image
**Affiliate Links** This month, I made the decision to get one more month of Ipsy and then cancel. I did this for several reasons, but the most being I wasn't enjoying the products I was getting anymore. With all of that being said, of course, this bag was great.  IT COSMETICS  BYE BYE UNDER EYE I got this in the shade neutral medium, which is a little too dark for me in the winter. I can probably rock it in the summer, but for now, it's being shelved. I am a huge fan of the regular concealor, so I was excited to try to illuminator version. This Bye Bye also has anti-aging properties to help keep those peepers looking fresh.  JELLY PONG PONG LIP SCRUB I have now tried 3 different Jelly Pong Pong products and I have really liked them all. They are truly unique between the formula and the different ingredients. I have really been digging lip scrubs, especially this winter. It's such a hard battle to fight between chapped and dry lips. Keeping them fresh i...

October Ipsy Glam Bag

**Affiliate Links** This month's Ipsy Glam Bag has a theme of Black Magic. I actually got a lot of nice products in this bag. Plus, the bag itself is super cute. It's perfect for my daughters Halloween makeup.  First up, I have the NYX Vivid Brights in Vivid Gunmetal. This is definitely water resistant and very bright. I swatched it on my arm and it stayed in place for well over 24 hours. If you are looking for long-stay silver makeup, this should be in your shopping basket! The brush is super skinny and helps you apply in thin and thick lines. This is a metallic so you have to make sure, if you are trying to build color, that you use thin coats. If you use thick coats, it will end up streaky. Apply with care! Gimmie Good Face Primer from Trust Fund Beauty is another great product I wouldn't mind getting every month! Like many primers, they tout to blur lines, diminish the appearance of wrinkles and leave your face feeling flawless. This also scented with...

August Ipsy Glam Bag

**Affiliate Links** BellaPeirre Cosmetics Mineral Blush I am such a huge fan of loose mineral powders for my face especially tinted ones. This is very sheer so you will have to build with it, a lot. This is in the shade Autumn Glow which does have a very nice glow but it's very light. It is almost a bronze peachy color.  Onomie Powerful Priming Serum This is a two-in-one with their priming power of a serum. The awesome thing about Onomie is that they give 1% of their yearly sales to She's the First. She's the First is a non-profit organization that supports first-generation female high school graduates in low income countries. What a great organization!! Rodial Dragon Blood Hyaluronic Tonic This stuff is awesome! It smells amazing and it feels even better. I thought for sure this was going to be heat or a warming spray, but it's not. It's so cooling and soothing. I have used this as a re-fresher mist, a moisturizing boost, and just a toner...

August Ipsy Glam Bag

Image
**Affiliate Links** I know it's September, but guess what?? My timeout worked really well! I am back and refreshed! This months Ipsy bag was really nice. The actual bag was designed by Michelle Phan who is the founder of Ipsy. It is to inspire the dreamer in all of us! Beaute Basics 3 Tone Bronzer This bronzer is an awesome multishade combination. It is supposed to look good on any skintone and it's super easy to blend out. It does have a creamy application and wears really nicely. I've only used this with all three shades blended together so I'm not sure how they look on their own. I do love to use this as a little countour for my look!  Ciate Paint Pot in Dangerous Affairs Ok, so I am a polish addict deep down. It was my first beauty love and how I got into blogging way back when. Whenever I get a nail polish in any sub bag, I get the giggles! This is the perfect fall color and I am so glad I got to add this to my collection. It's super sh...

June Ipsy Glam Bag and I Am Feeling Some Kind of Way!

Image
**Affiliate Link** Ok, ok... drumroll please. You know that I have strong feelings about my Ipsy bags. I have been loving my bags since April. The black pencil liners have disappeared and I actually got some really great products that I may even repurchase. Check out what I got this month and let me know what you think. ColourPop Cosmetics Creme Gel Liner  This is in the color Got Paid AND I am NOT mad about this liner. It's colored, gel and not a pencil so I am pretty excited about it! The color Got Paid is a metallic rose gold that leans towards a bronze. It is smooth and easily blended. Pete Lamas Youth Revival 5 Oil Hair Treatment Mask  This is a blend of 5 exotic oils to bring on the shine, bounce and frizz-free. Abyssinian, Baobab, Mongongo, Broccoli Seed, and Kukui Nut combine for this 3- minute treatment. I love Peter Lamas products, so I am excited to try this one. I will be bringing this on vacation to see how it works for that beach hair! Use IPS...

February Ipsy Glam Bag and My Little Smashbox Tift

Image
**Affiliate Links** This month's Ipsy Glam Bag is one of the best I've had in a long time. You know that I am still not 100% happy but for $10 I can't really complain that much! See below for all of the goodies I got and if you want in on this, join here . Josie Maran Cosmetics- Argan Enlightenment Iluminizing Wand THIS is by far one of my favorite products from Ipsy- ever! I am in love with the packaging, the products and the brand. This is loaded with Argan oil and shea butter for a soft, smooth application. This is perfect for on-the-go highlighting and touch-up. Get 20% your purchase using IPSYJMC Chella- Lipstick Pencil I love ALL the Chella products and this one is no different. This moisturizing lip crayon Vitamins C & E and Sunflower Oil which makes it extra creamy and easy to apply. This shade is Passionate Pink. This is kind of misleading beacuase the packaging makes it look like it's going to be a nice juicy red-tomato color. Nope... shi...
