Fall Foliage Nails

Image
**May Contain Press Samples** I decided to throw out some Fall inspirations on my nails. I have three major trees in my yard and they let down about three times. That means that I have a ton of leaf cleanup to do during the duration of the Fall. I hate doing it, but it is great exercise.  I used a simple leaf stamp that I picked up at Big Lots (yes, I did say Big Lots). I used a couple different colors and used different pressures to pick up the color to put a little texture on the leaf. I haven't played with my stamps in a while, so I am glad that I broke this out.  Colors Used: Cosmetic Arts- Hunter Green Sinful Colors- Let's Meet Butter London- Yummy Mummy Revlon- Hot Chocolate Sally Hansen- Electra-cute

My Everyday Fall Look with a Little Shimmer

Image
**May Contain Press Samples**  For most of my looks during the fall, I tend to stay with brown, greens, oranges, and nudes. Neutral is the key for me during the fall. I have been turned off by shimmers in the past, but this year I am totally loving them. Combing shimmers with mattes is my favorite play on textures.   For this look, I used my Jelly Pong Neapolitan eye trio that I got in a recent Ipsy bag. There are three shimmer colors that work so perfectly for an everyday fall look. There is a shimmer nude, shimmer red and a shimmer brown. Put together, they make a sexy, fun smokey eye.   For my pinky neutral lip, I used Estee Edit Light Beige Nude and Madam Glam Posey. They blend to make a fun, yet neutral shade. I usually line with Ofra in the shade Wine, but for some reason I skipped it.  I did a little blush with Borghese in the shade stunner. I like to use just the tiniest amount for a regular day and blend it from my apples back to...

**Press Samples** I am finally bringing you the second half of my fun Zoya Fall/Winter collection. I cannot wait to finally start rocking them. September 1 for me means Fall so bring on all those colors! There are 6 holos and they are $10 each. Alicia Zoya hays this is a linear holo with golden flakes. I say it's gorgeous! I'm not so sure about the linear part, but there is a holo there. It is more scattered than anything, but it is still super pretty! This is an awesome accent nail color and will be fantastic for a winter blues pick-me-up. Finley Ok, this is one of my favorites from this collection. I am a purple girl at heart, so this screams out my name! Yes, true story. This is pretty much full coverage in 2 coats.I would throw a third on here but I am afraid it just might be too thick. BUT it's soooo pretty!  Troy This color is described as a liquid pewter with a touch of black and gold. They put it in the gray category. Now, ...

**Press Samples** The **NEW** Fall/Winter collection from Zoya is so perfectly 90s chic, it's not even funny! Hang on while I take you on a trip to your past or if you are way younger than me, a trip of a fantastic seasonal collection. This collection is made up of 6 colors plus a metallic Holo collection to counter match up with these beauts. They are $10 each or $60 for the entire collection. Let's see what the cremes are serving up! Courtney This is a deep red that is oh so vampy. It leans a little on the dark purple, black side. This is going to be perfect with my flannels this up coming fall season.  I did use 2 coats with this color just for good measure. It has a really great coverage and a super shiny finish. I didn't top coat for any of these pictures so that shine is on it's own.  If this doesn't scream fall to you, than I don't know what will. Noah This is described by Zoya as a mid-range taupe. It definitely leans more toward...
