Christmas Eve with my Little Glitzy Tree Farm

Image
**May Contain Press Samples** Merry Christmas Eve to all your fellow Santa followers!! Every year I do a Christmas Tree mani and this year I decided to do a glitzy design. I think I went a little too glitzy. My trees ended up super plump!! I used all kinds of KBs from the last two years of winter collections.  I used tape to create the trees and the designs. I like the festive look is super fun and non-traditional. Last year, I went for the usual red and green but I went for all the colors this year. ALL THE COLORS!  After I put all of these together and did all of the editing and put all of them up there, I realized one thing... I forgot the stars!! I forgot the most important part of the tree!! Meh! Next year, I'll go for the glitz, glam and star! Anyway, for all of you that celebrate... Happy Christmas Eve!! I hope Santa is good to you all!!  Colors Used: KB Shimmer-Pining for Yule KB Shimmer- Fig-Get About It KB Shimmer- Toying Around ...

On the Holiday Gift Guide: NYC New York Color in a Minute Holiday Nail Polish

Image
**Press Sample** Today, I have two really fun holiday nail polishes to show you from NYC New York Color. They are great colors and full of sparkle!  First up, Ruby Slippers. This color is the perfect holiday red scattered with silver and red circle glitter. The base is a crelly so it is perfect for building.  I have about 2 coats in this picture so you can see this built up pretty nicely for only two coats. I am sure you can do more and get a nicely gelled look with a nice squishy top coat to plump it out. This is a great festive color called NY Princess. Purple and royal in all her glory, this is a little more jelly leaning that her sister above.  This is the same with purple and silver glitters scattered throughout. I just love the way this polish looks. It is great really for any season but for a nice change from the usual greens and reds.   Overall, I really like these polishes. They are priced really nicely, they apply just as ...

Sally Hansen Miracle Gel Nail Holiday for Your Holiday Travel!

Image
**Press Sample** So, since I have started using the gel line from Sally Hansen, they have drastically improved. They used to be super stringy, take forever to dry and just not fun to use. Now, I really enjoy using them. I love to use them especially when I am traveling. They have a lot of super fun colors that last for my long holiday trips. I also happen to be in love with these brushes. They are the fatty fats that apply the best. They are two swoop loves. Literally a swoop on the left side of the nail and then a swoop on the right side and it's done. This really is my favorite brush of all brushes. First up, I have Game of Chromes. This is a gorgeous golden metal polish that dries with such a gorgeous shimmer. I looooove this for the holiday. This is super perfect for wear this plain by itself or with any kind of nail art. I am excited to try this out with a fun design. One warning, as all metals do, this color shows all your flaws so double up on your base ...
