Jessie's Girl Nails!!

Image
**Press Samples** Ohhhh nail polish!! Julie G is some of my favorite polishes; especially when they were putting out the textured line. I just love textured polishes. I have 2 beautiful, sassy reds and a quick dry top coat.  First up is a bright shimmery red that goes by the name of Sunset Kiss. It has an orange shimmer to it and even though we are talking about sunset (which makes me think warm), it is still perfect for the winter cold.  This is going to be perfect for Valentine's Day and for only $3.99 each, it makes it even better.  Dolled Up Dorothy is a perfect deep burgundy. It's a classic dark red that can be a perfect match for any lingering holiday parties or if you want to class it up a notch for the day of love! Both of these colors are well pigmented and were really easy to apply. ALSO... Jesse's Girl is having a giveaway with some of the goodies I have been showing off. I happen to have the link for you below... Don't forget to ent

Did You Know that Groupon Does Coupons??

Image
**Sponsored Post** I have been a huge fan of Groupon since it came out. It’s so easy to use and there are a lot of great deals all around the world. Recently, I have learned that Groupon also has an app for coupons!! Yes, like coupons you can use to get a discount on so many things. No, they don’t come in the mail. No, you don’t have to shell out your email address to all of those stores to get on a list and sometimes in the next year get coupons. BUT, you do get an easy, searchable list of coupons for your favorite stores. First, sign up at https://www.groupon.com/coupons . You can also download the app to get all the goodies on the go. Once you are at the main Groupon page, you can search any store to see if there are coupons or savings available before you shop. Here’s an example of a coupon page: https://www.groupon.com/coupons/stores/care.com . You can see the number of coupons available, what types of coupons are available, and how to get the coupon. VivSlim Premium Weight Loss and Cleanse Program: Did It Measure Up?

Image
**Sponsored by BrandBacker** I had an opportunity to try out a weight loss and appetite control product. I have recently put on a little weight and I was looking for a way to help me boost a little kickstart. When I was approached about this, there were several factors that I wanted to look into before I took the leap. First, it was important that there weren't any negative interactions with the medications I was already taking. Second, I wanted to double check all of the ingredients to make sure they weren't going to be harmful to me and that I have already tried them.  I started this little golden pill about 4 weeks ago. I took it on my way to work every morning, before I ate breakfast. It is directed to take this way or after breakfast.  A little background behind the way VivSlim works. The ingredients for this little golden pill include Tarragon Leaf, Phyllium Husk, Medical Amylum, Jobsteers Seed, Bitter Orange Fruit, Lotus Leaf, Mulberry Leaf, Konjac Root, an

**May Contain Press Samples**  Today is a very important day in Pittsburgh Pa because it is the day that the Steelers put a whooping on the New England Patriots and then we move on to the SUPERBOWL!! I really hope the Steelers make it to the bowl because A) I want to have a party and B) the Steelers are awesome so they need another ring!!  I did a little mani to help cheer on my black and gold boys. I used a whole bunch of my favorite Pittsburgh themed polishes to create this Steel town pride look. I went for a crazy skittle so I could squish a little of everything in my look.   I'm super pumped about the game! I have my nails done, my menu planned, and my outfit on- including my knee-high socks. Now all we need is m boys to get their job done. As most Mondays go in the city of Pittsburgh, it's a 50-50 on how the mood will be. Either gloomy and sad or upbeat and happy! Zoya Loves KBShimmer

**May Contain Press Samples** Today, I am just showing off one of my favorite wear-to-work looks. It is a combo of the best plums I have. I like to wear something neutral and then just a little bit of sass for the work week. It keeps it professional, but still interesting.  Fig-Get About It is from the Fall 2015 Collection and it has stayed front row for me. I just love all of my purples, and this happens to my favorite purple holo. KBShimmer makes a mean holo! Mary is from the new Natural 3 Collection from Zoya. I will be showing you all of these beauties later, but this is one gorgeous collection and so perfect for work! Colors Used: Zoya- Mary KBShimmer- Fig-Get About It

Sephora Holiday 2016 Face Palette

**Gifted to Me** This little pretty was gifted to me for Christmas by a fellow beauty blogger, Frost + Polish,  and I just have to share it because I love it so hard! This mega quad has 2 blush colors, a bronzer, a highlighter, a mirror and a pretty little package.  All of these colors are so beautifully pigmented and look fantastic on my skin tone. Not only are these colors gorgeous BUT the packaging and design is so geometrically beautiful.  They each have the perfect amount of shimmer without being overwhelming. I was a little apprehensive about the highlighter because of the purple and gold. I thought it would look more like a bruise than a highlight, but it looks fantastic. Don't forget to peep at my SnapChat to see how I actually use this. Szizzy12184, in case you don't know.  Not only does this palette come with gorgeous colors, it also comes with a mega huge mirror that is perfect for applying all of this pretty. This was a holiday special and is no l

**Press Samples** Today, I am so excited to start the journey of showing off my new Jesse's Girl goodies and sharing my thoughts with you. I have 3 different lip products that I loooove and I have even added one to my purse makeup collection.  First up, GLOW STIX !! Hello! The first time I saw these beauties, I immediately thought of holo nail polish. Like, I literally said, "I wish I could put these on my nails". So pretty! There are three colors in this collection- and I swatched them all below. The second best part, next to the fantastic color, is that they are only $4.99 each.  The GLOW STIX LIP GLOSS comes in the three shades shown below. From bottom to top, Tangerine, Red Dawn and Wicked. They are so fun to layer on top of your favorite lip color. I have two of them above shown on top of Angelic MATTE FINISH LIP COLOR - which we will talk about later.  Next up, I have one of my favorite finishes for lip colors- MATTE! I'm a true matte girl an

Zoya Perfect Lipstick Round 2!!

Image
**Press Sample** Today, I am showing off the 2nd part of my two part Zoya Perfect Lipstick series. I went through the first set a couple weeks ago and now I am showing off these 6 beauties. These are $12 each and I have definitely fell in love with several of these.  Jasmine This first beauty is a beautiful fuchsia color. Zoya describes this as a little bit darker, leaning to the plum side, but mine was a super pretty deep fuchsia. I wore this one to work last week and I love the staying power. I would say I got about 4 hours through coffee and breakfast. That's pretty good for a 4-6 hour wear. Matte Velvet Red This baby I had such a hard time photographing. It didn't want to cooperate to show you it's true color. I think I did get it in the picture above, but I couldn't get that matte look too well. It is a deep, cooler red is supposed to dry with a satin-like finish. I got it to matte down after about 3 minutes of wear. It just took a little bit l
