*This polish was purchased with my own monies Well yes, here is another neon showcase. I ordered at Polish TBH grab bag- you all know how much I love grab bags. I actually just purchased an awesome grab bag from a girl in one of my nail groups. It included 9 total polishes with 1 being a nerd and 1 being a Lynn!!!!!! Are you kidding?!?! Best ever and I got my Lynn cherry popped in this one. I love the gamble of not knowing what exactly you get. I have a core of about 6 girls that I will always purchase grab bags from when they come up. That is the key, doing you research to make sure you are buying from someone that a) knows good polish b)doesn't have a shady selling/swapping history and c) you can find testimonials or feedback for them. I made it... an entire month!!! All four manis now submitted!!! This last one I decided to throw up the stripes again. I was going to do a whole Rastafarian theme, but I had to go to work with this mani on, so that was denied. For someone reason since these colors are so elementary to me which reminds me of very basic shapes. Squares, triangles, circles lines. I guess it just flows naturally... Well, I made it through my first year! I really pushed hard to meet my goals month by month and I made it! I read a lot, practised a lot and participated a lot. I have made it!! 3/4 of the way there... This week I decided to do some more tape manis! I started off last month with 0 rolls of striping tape and now, thanks to my great friend Stephanie, I have about 10!! I have never used the actual tape in a mani, but I have used it to do those perfect skinny lines. I like the abstract look that I do. It's so simple to just place the tape and then pull it up. I used 2 of the colors- either a red and yellow or red and green underneath, waited a loooooong time for it to dry, then slapped the tape down and then painted over with either yellow or green. This is the third edition of the Nail Challenge Collaborative Around the World Addition! I decided to do some Dutch tulips for this. I used a lot of different colors for this, but for not liking flowers, I think it turned out pretty nice! Anyone have suggestions for my last Around the World mani?? I was thinking of pulling out something for my Throwback Thursday for this. What do you think?? Anyway, here it is! Ok!! I have made it to two out of the four!! I am almost back on track and late again. Sorry about it! I work in higher ed and we had 2000 freshmen move in and orient to the University this week- I am the event planner!! So, crazy is to say the least. I won this from my little ice cream nail contest entry. If you forgot about that baby, you can check it here . Anyway, I really have always wanted this and it is so beautiful. First, the actual polish is so shimmery and just a hot pink awesome color.
