Got Polish Presents Glitter Topper

This week, I have glitter topper as my GOT Polish Challenge. I used this before in my gradient GOT Polish Challenge, so I am sorry you are seeing it again. It just so happens to be one of my few non-indie glitters.
I decided to layer it over Zoya Rocha because I am in love with that color and I really wanted something that was going to contrast it well. Usually I would layer this polish over something dark, but I wanted to try something different.

NYC New York Color City Proof Twistables Intense Lip Colors

**Press Sample**
I have 2 great lip crayons to show you today from NYC New York Color. I loooove this product because they apply really nicely, they are not dry (some lip crayons rip your lip off as you're applying), there are some great colors to select AND the price is so worth it! These range from $2.99-$3.99 depending on the store.

First up, I haveFulton St. Fuchsia. It is a bright pink color.

Things I like: This is a twist-able crayon. No sharpening here. All you have to do is twist.  I put this on before I went to a cocktail party at 5pm. When I got home at  9:30pm, I still had a little pink tint to my lips. The packaging for the crayon is the color of the product. I love this because it makes it easy for me to just glance, pick and use. I don't have to pull it ou…

Red Coat Tuesday

This episode is going to be awesome. It's titled "Scream for Me" and it's supposed to be the best of the season. If you have not seen the previews for this week, you are about to get informed. We see that Ali and Hannah make up and potentially Ali moves in with Hannah and her mom. Well, that may get a little sticky. Hannah and Ali have such strong personalities that they just may clash.
Speaking of Hannah, WTF is going on with her drinking? She needs to get control of herself. I see Hannah pulling a Spencer really soon. She has been seen on multiple occasions with multiple alcoholic beverages in her hands. Maybe she's practicing for college? Probably not!!

Sydney. I must know more. She's so mysterious and has been on the show for several episodes now, yet I have no clue about her except that she's majorly shady.

AND... speaking of shady, Aria continues her quest to seek out answers from Radley. From the looks of the previews, she gets busted. I can't…

Nail Challenge Collaboriatve presents Design REDO

My final design actually comes from a Girls Night with Nail Fun!! I did a fun striped design that I drew freehand. I used three of my oldest colors. If you want to check out the original post, you can do so here.

Well, it was a cute design, but this is before I learned how to pose, take pictures and care for my cuticles. I decided to redo this design exactly how I did the first one. I wanted to keep it as authentic as possible.

To keep with the authenticity, I freehanded all of my lines. This is not something I would do now on a regular basis, but I didn't know about striping tape then.

This is a really simple and cute design. It was super easy for me to create and for you non-nail artists out there, this is for you!! I simple off-centered cross on each nail and then a double one on an accent finger.

The Nail Challenge Collaboaritve Presents REDO

Ladies... We are getting down to the end of my flashback to my early days of blogging. There is a funny story about this L'Oreal polish, but I will tell that a little later.
First, you can see my original post up top there and "WOW" is all I can say. So, it's been 2 years since I first used both of these polishes and I am super impressed with how both of them applied after all that time. Hit Polish was one of my fist indie orders. In that 2 year time, Hit Polish closed and re-opened her shop. I am so excited that she reopened because I was sad to see my first indie polish maker close.
So, funny story about Now You Sea Me. I told my husband that I HAD TO HAVE a tiffany blue color. I original purchased Wet n' Wild I Need A Re-Freshmint and it stained the crap out of my nails. I new I loved the color, but that was not working for me.
I sent him to Rite-Aid to pick something out for me. He choose this color. I was sooo proud of him for getting pretty close to th…

GOT Polish presents Holo

Today, I am going to show you one of my very first holos I ever got. This is an Ozotic polish and I still love it! I layered it over a dark navy blue so you can really see the holo, but it is gorgeous. This is a scattered holo, but it is still awesome. I am kind of over all this holo-ness. I am ready for something new. I want magic! Don't get me wrong. I love a good holo, but I am ready for what's next. BIGGER and BETTER!  In addition to this great holo feature, it also happens to be a multi-chrome polish. It leans purple to blue to a pinkish. The outdoors pictures that I have below really shows the full greatness of this polish. Since I am wear a layer of my navy blue undies and about 2 layers of the holo, I had to wait a little in between layers and then cover with a quick dry. I would like to try this layered over a purple to see if it's different. Outdoors in direct sunlight. While the multichrome is kind of hidden in direct sunlight, you can really see the holo be…
