Nail Art for Nubs

Image
So I have a special design for this weeks Nail Art for Nubs link up. Today is the season opener for our Pittsburgh Pirates. They have been killing it lately which was not so much the case a couple years ago. They were the ones getting killed. Today, I have done my traditional opening day skittle. I do this on the first day of my Pittsburgh sports. As many of you know, this is the 2nd year that I have been out of the opening day bar business, so it's extra hard for me to get motivated. However, I have promised myself that I will actually go to a game this year. Not just parking lot tailgating, but actually enter the stadium. So for the design, I did it all! Dots, stripes, a baseball, waterfall and some glitter called YINZER! This really gets me pumped for my favorite time of the year-- FOOTBALL SEASON!!!!! I do an NFL roundup and if you are interested in joining, stay tuned to my FB page as I post the link up address and code there. Colors used: Sinf

Last but absolutely not least, I have the awesome and wonderful Breakfast at Tiffany's Cousin's by Jindie Nails. I am HUUUUUGE Jindie Nails fan. I actually won this in a RAOK from a good nail girlfriend of mine. She may be a Seahawks fan, but I still love her! This is a teal crelly with ALL kinds of glitter in it. I was able to find large circle in holo and blue, large holo hearts and hexes as well as little burgundy glitters in squares and little circles and little lime green and holo hexes. Do you see anything else?? I think I hit all the glitters... what do you think?? I really love all the crelly's that she makes. It is my favorite indie maker by far. Jen has THE best customer service and is just the sweetest girl ever. She is so personable and just so down to earth.  Have you tried any Jindie Nails polish?? If so, what is your favorite? What do you think of her polishes?? I actually just bought 3 more from her recently that I cannot wait t

Yes... I am blowing through my untrieds!! Today I have a color that I featured in my Nail Art for Nubs challenge on Monday. Yes, it's one of the Dance Legend trios. This is trio #3. It is supposed to shift from gray to pink to dark purple. Well for some reason, I could only catch a light purple and dark gray. haha. The pictures above show the transfer from the cold to warm colors. Even though I could only get 2 colors, I don't mind because they are two beautiful colors.  Yeah I am weird. I guess my body temperature is funky?!? I think next time I play with this, I will try around the summer time to see if that changes anything. In case you missed my stamping art that I did early this week featuring this polish as my base, you can check it out here-----> Nail Art for Nubs
