More 'Merica Nails
For this design I wanted to do American flags and use all different mediums. Last year, I did a sugar spun flag, so I wanted to expand a little and see what other technique I could use to create a flag. I used striping tape to make a nice crisp striped design on my index finger. Next, I did my original sugar spun flag on my middle finger. For my ring finger, I did a dot design and finally for my pinkie I did a water marble. My pinkie was IMPOSSIBLE to perfect and I wanted to back out as soon as I started. It was super difficult to get the "stars" area defined. Striping tape, sugar spun and dots were all super easy to do, but the water marbling- what was I thinking? Anyway, what do you think of my multi-medium flag design?? Colors Used: Sinful Colors- Ruby Ruby Revlon- Royal Sinful Colors- Snow Me White
