Red Coat Tuesday

Image
**May Contain Press Samples** For this season of Pretty Little Liars, I am going to do my best to continue the Red Coat Tuesday looks but I've been going through some crazy things at work. So... I will try my best! This week, I am showing off a look that I did last season and did not get to use it.  This is a simple stamped, jelly sandwich look using some of my favorite red polishes. I tend to always pull out the same ones when I am doing the RCT looks and on my next one, I am going to *try* to use some different ones. I just know these will work for what I am going for. Full disclosure here.. I will be watching last weeks episode as well as this weeks tonight because I missed it! I had to go to bed early because I was waking up at 3:30 in the morning the next day for a flight so I didn't get to see all of it. Red Coat Tuesday and WHO IS A?!? Round Up

Image
This season has been soooo crazy for me! I can't even.LITERALLY.can't even.with those Pretty Little Liars. I am glad that we will finally be finding out who A is because I don't think my heart can handle it!  We met a lot of interesting characters and followed the ladies through some truly terrifying moments. It will be so crazy for them to finally get some answers. If you are a true follower like I am, you will know that we will not actually get any answers tonight but instead, we will wind up with more questions! True PLL fashion.  This week, for the finale, I decided to do a design that was twisted and dark. I didn't want to do any clean lines so I went for straight crazy in my design because everything is crazy with these ladies!! Do you have any guesses who A is? I think it's still Mona. I mean I think there is a little clan of A's, but the master A is Mona. It has to be. She wasn't at prom so I'm betting it's her and she f...

The Nail Challenge Collaboaritve Presents REDO

Ladies... We are getting down to the end of my flashback to my early days of blogging. There is a funny story about this L'Oreal polish, but I will tell that a little later.   First, you can see my original post up top there and "WOW" is all I can say. So, it's been 2 years since I first used both of these polishes and I am super impressed with how both of them applied after all that time. Hit Polish was one of my fist indie orders. In that 2 year time, Hit Polish closed and re-opened her shop. I am so excited that she reopened because I was sad to see my first indie polish maker close.  So, funny story about Now You Sea Me. I told my husband that I HAD TO HAVE a tiffany blue color. I original purchased Wet n' Wild I Need A Re-Freshmint and it stained the crap out of my nails. I new I loved the color, but that was not working for me. I sent him to Rite-Aid to pick something out for me. He choose this color. I was sooo proud of him for getting pre...

Nail Challenge Collaborative Favorite Color

Image
Yes, so here is my third interpretation of "favorite color". Gold and teal and my two favorite colors together. I love the way they look and I always enjoy trying different polishes with these two out. Sation Oh My Oceania is one of my all time favorite polishes. Also, since everyone is on this "Gap My Bright Pool" kick right now this Sation is a pretty dark dupe. Just a little tip from me to you- muah!! Anyway, Oh My Oceania is teal with a pink, green, blue, turquoise.  ANOTHER DUPE ALERT- RBL Aqua Lily...ok, continue. For this design I put my base of the Sation on and waited to dry- completely!! Next I taped my two accent fingers just at random angles. I then did a coat of a no-name jelly white decant. I then added the Hit Polish Tinsel on top. Finally, I pulled the tape off and drooled!! Haha. I really like this design and the colors are awesome! Hit Polish- Tinsel Sation- Oh My Oceania

Winnings from Hit Polish and a Little Bettina

Image
*All polishes in this post were won in giveaways by ColorMeSoCrazy My winnings from Hit Polish are over some Bettina. Hit Polish was one of my first indie polishes and I feel in love ever since then. I currently own over 20 Hit Polishes and I am constantly seeing more that I love and NEED!! As for the Bettina, I love these polishes. I only own 3 and they are beautiful colors with great application. This is the last of the three that I won from a giveaway Kit & Caboodle gradient accent nails! Super cute and I love the 80s combo. The Bettina is a yellow with a lean towards green, but it is a perfect 80s color. Hit Polish- Kit & Caboodle Bettina- Kiwi

Happy St Patrick's Day!!! Let it Snow Challenge

Ok ladies!! Here it is! I decided to do a little skittles for the ol' St Pattys Day! I love glitter, we all know, and I was so pumped to put my pretty Hit Polish on. I have waited all year for this! I bought Blarney Stone over the summer and I just looked at it sitting in my untrieds until today! I wish there were more holidays that I could wear this because it is great! Not a lot of people like bar glitter, but I do! I love bars and shards and this is what this is, but with Patty colors. You all know my favorite Hit Polish is Party Shardy and Blarney Stone is that, but with different colors. Drool!!! Well I hope everyone has a fantastic day and enjoys this green day! Enjoy!   Sinful Colors- Time Off Sinful Colors- Flower Girl Sinful Colors- Call You Later Sinful Colors- San Francisco NYC- High Line Green Hit Polish- Blarney Stone Essie- Marshmallow

Indie Week- pic heavy!!

I totally slacked because this was another well from hell, but here's what I got! I really like my indie collection, but I just didn't have the time to showcase it. I am a total glitter girl and the more and more I wear jelly sandies, the more and more I fall in love with them! Vday is coming up so I had to work on my lovey dovey nails instead of playing with my indies :( Well without further ado: WetnWild- Saved by the Blue Hit Polish- Vivid Jindie Nails- Happy Dance Zoya- Paris Hit Polish- Puttin' on the Ritz
