Color Me So Crazy

**Bought It** I picked up this little Too Faced birthday gift for myself for MY birthday. Of course, I am still showing off all my goodies because I really love what I got this year. My friends know me so well and so does hubby! This package was only $65 and I got all of this great stuff! I was really going for the Chocolate Bar Palette, but when I saw all of this for only about $15 more, I jumped all over it. I know many of you have seen the Chocolate Bar palette, but this is just perfect for all of my color needs. I am a everyday neutral girl so this works perfect for me. All of the colors are very nice and there is a nice mix of matte and shimmer colors. Not to mention, this is made with 100% cocoa powder so it smells amazing!  The next product is a sample of the **best** bronzer I have ever used and a lighter color. Another fantastic birthday gift from a fantastic friend. My friends really do know me well, huh? Anyway, I got this from my dear friend Amy. She doesn't have a blog yet, but with two blogger friends she will soon! This cute little kit comes with 6 deluxe sized products and a super cute over-sized makeup bag. I will actually be swapping out the 3 Ipsy bags I currently use for my gym bag with this one. It's a perfect space saver and it's super cute! First up is the Immortelle Precious Cream. This is a 24- hour anti- aging moisturizer. This is super luxurious cream. It's smooth, creamy and does not leave a greasy after film.  The Almond Indulgence Shower Oil is just heaven for your shower! It smells so heavenly and feels even more heavenly. Since it's an oil, it's double moisturizing and I just love that. It's not too thick so it's very nice to use. I love the use the oil in a super hot shower- try it... it's glorious!  L'Occitane...

**Purchased by myself** I recently made a pretty big purchase from Sephora for my Birthday and I was given the opportunity to pick a couple full size samples. The dr. brandt Pores No More was one of my choices. I am a huge make up junkie and I love anything that will make it easier to do my makeup in the morning.  I do have slightly larger pores, so I do use a pore minimizer regularly. I am constantly on the hunt for the best one. Because of this I have about 9 bottles of different pore minimizer, pore minimizing primer, pore minimizing foundation, BB cream, etc.  I found the dr. brandt brand port minimizer to be great. I like using it and probably will buy a full size once my current one runs out. As you can see in the middle picture, it comes out with a yellowish/ orange color. Hello!! Yesterday was my son's 9th birthday and I wanted to dedicate a mani to him. He is my little treasure and even though he is growing up so quickly, he will always be my treasure. I had him when I was young. When all of my friends were partying, I was taking care of a baby. He truly saved my life. He helped me settle down and start taking care of myself as well as him. He taught me what it means to be selfless and to give selflessly. I can remember the day that I brought him home from the hospital. I was so nervous and wanted to do everything right. I read a thousand books to make sure I was doing everything right. It took me a VERRRRRY long time to realize that I don't need a book to be a good parent. I didn't need a book or a person to tell me that I was a good mother. All it took was that little boy to smile and tell me he loves me. Whoop whoop!! It's my birthday today! So, what do I have on my nails?!?   Skittles! Of course! Whenever I want to go all out and can't decide what to do, I go for skittles. This week, since it's my birthday I wanted to do something super fancy.    I was going to do a gold and pink combo, but I have been Bold Gold-ing the heck out of my nails lately. So, I went for the silver. I loooooove these!!   I did a silver heart stamp with some of the Aly's stamped with hearts on top for the index finger. Next, I did a simple french with the Revlon on the tip. The ring finger has some of those great sequins on it for some extra bling. So I know I am hopping on the texture train way late, but I just got to the Mariah in my untireds and I got the Bond Girls for my birthday from A Little Polish . I am in looooooove and kicking myself for not trying them before. I now have 4 Bond Girls minis, 1 Mariah and 2 JulieGs. I cannot wait to try them all and then buy more!!! BUY THEM ALL! Also a first for me is the checkerboard. I feel like it's a slight fail, but practice makes perfect- right? Anyway, enjoy these as it is only part 1. This is one of the early birthday presents I got from my good friend Stephanie over at A Little Polish . She ordered this special for me from Liquid Lacquer . As many of you know I used to work at Finnigans Wake in Pittsburgh. It's been a little bit over a month since they closed for good. I had a really tough time with the closing of Fins as I met a bunch of really great people there. I love and cherish this polish because it is a great reminder for some really great times in my life. I am happy to announce that I do keep in touch with many of the great people I met from working there. We meet up for drinks often and a couple of the boys even got a job close to Fins.
