Happy New Years!! My 2015 Picks and 2016 Beauty Resolutions

**May Contain Press Samples** Zoya 2015 Transitional Collection I'm still loving these satin finishes. I am such a matte girl that anything that leans even close to it grabs my heart! These are my palette cleansers when I go hard on crazy nail designs and I need something to bring me back to neutral.  I'm showing off Tove above which is my favorite from that collection. You can check out all the colors here in my post . Borghese Eye Shadow Palettes This palette is still one of my favorites to this day. I love the mixture of cremes and shimmers and Stoke is the perfect brow powder for me. This is the palette I grab for most often especially this last Fall and Winter. Borghese has such high quality products and this will not be the last product you see in my line up this year. I fell in love with this brand this year! Rob Scheppy for 'Tini Beauty I got this baby in an Ipsy bag and I have since fallen in love. I use it on my cheeks, brow bones, l...

NYE Nails FINALLY Picked! Let's Bling in 2016...

Image
**May Contain Press Samples**  Ladies and gents... here they are!  I finally narrowed it down. Down maybe not being the best word but boy it's a trio. I have loved the heck out of KB Shimmer this year and it's no wonder I have decided to do an end of year mani using colors from this brand.  I did a golden gradient with all three of these colors but I think that these are so blingalicious that you can't even tell there is a gradient here. Gold has been MY 2015 color so of course, I incorporated into this mani.  Funny thing is, I went back to look at my design from last year and I used Toast-ess with the Mostess, too. You can check it out here if you want to see. I must really love that glitter. For real, I do. The rose gold, gold, silver glitters in all of those sizes are so pretty when you are looking to bling the F out!!  I am super excited for 2016! I don't know about you but 2015 has been a real bummer but in 2016 I am taking charge. I am O...

What ColorMeSoCrazy Wears on the First Day of 2014

Image
So.... this is what I am wearing for my NYD mani!! I am sooo excited to be bringing you this first post of 2014 courtesy of a beautiful nude/ light pink gradient. I used these four colors to create a fun and elegant look! I actually applied the Butter London first to the whole nail. Then I used the Cirque polishes to do the rose gold- Stella to just the tip with the gold- Ice Valley overlapping that. I then used the KBShimmer- I Only Have Ice for You on top of the whole nail. Enjoy and I hope you all have a wonderful and prosperous new year!! I would love to hear some of your new years resolutions. I don't really like to do these in my personal life, because I always seem to make them completely unattainable goals. So... for my blogging life my resolutions are: 1. Continue to maintain steady posting 2. Broaden my scope to all beauty, not just nails 3. Enter some big and fun collaborations 4. Make NFL round up work!!!!

Yes!! Now that I have been around for over a year, I can join in this year! I would like to show you my top 15 favorite ColorMeSoCrazy nails of 2013 (in no particular order). I have had a blast this year. Meeting new people, pushing my designing limit and really spreading the love of ColorMeSoCrazy. I would like to thank you all for helping me out in some sort of way and I promise that 2014 will be EPIC!! So..... on with the count down!! NUMBER 15 Superhero Nails This was inspired by my son who got to pick out the colors and the superhero inspiration!! These were really fun to do and I got to hang out with  my son while doing them. NUMBER 14 Interlocking Dots This was really fun to do. I saw this tutorial by Jess De Stef and I knew I had to try it!! I used Natty by Zoya and Gargantuan Green Grape by OPI to do this. Let it Snow! Challenge- New Years

Image
New Years Mani!! I usually post on Sundays for this Challenge, but I really wanted to post something I was wearing for New Years. I wanted to bling it out for this day and boy, I did. I am really into gold this year (not sure if it has anything to do with me being a Steelers fan) and I love it over black. Black is still my go-to color and my favorite under. I originally had the gold swirls only on the nail, but that wasn't bling enough so... I added the glitz! Again, Hit Polish is still my favorite straight glitter polish and Tinsel is a favorite of mine! Straight gold glitz, but with shards, hexes, circles, micro, squares.... It has it all!! Anyway, I hope everyone had a fantastic and safe ringing in of the New Year!! I will see you all on the flip!! Enjoy e.l.f.- Metal Madness Sinful Colors- Flower Girl Hit Polish- Tinsel
