Inspired by Rodarte
What Sally Hansen says about the designers:
Sisters Kate
and Laura Mulleavy launched Rodarte in 2005 and quickly became known as
the go-to house for couture, known for their intricate hand stitching
and romantic details. They
have won numerous fashion awards such as the 2008 CFDA Swarovski
Emerging Womenswear Designer award and the 2008 Swiss Textiles Award.
Leading ladies like Cate Blanchett, Natalie Portman, Keira Knightley,
Kirsten Dunst, Michelle Obama, Chloe Sevigny, Tilda
Swinton, Elle Fanning, and Reese Witherspoon have all worn Rodarte’s
idiosyncratic yet sophisticated styles.
The colors were inspired by watercolors, translucent and dusty colors. The collection is made up of 3 Complete Salon Manicure polishes and they are all super gorgeous!
Rose Glass
This is a super delicate crelly. The Complete Salon Manicure sets are fantastic because the brushes are super wide which makes them so nice to use. They are one of my favorite brushes out there. Also, the polish is designed to be almost gel like so it lasts longer. This is a delicate baby pink color that is bound to be a hit this fall!
I used 3 coats with this color and it has very nice coverage. I love how it leans to the jelly side and looks super squishy.

Gold Glass
This is a canary yellow crelly which actually looks more pastel when you put it on. I actually love this color and I am soooo not a yellow girl.
I also used 2 coats with this and it applied perfectly. One tip with these types of polishes is that you either have to apply the coats right away or wait for them to dry. Crelly are always a little tricky to work with as they dry a little tackier and are hard to maneuver once they are in that in between stage.

Beige Glass
This is like the perfectly silky nude. The beige is a deep crelly and is super squishy. I can't get over how much I love this brush. Since my nail beds are super small, it just a one stroke job for that brush and I love it!
I used two coats in with this polish and it applied really nicely, as well.

Overall, I love all of these. They go so nicely with all of the lacey, flowy, strapines of the Rodarte Fall 2015 Fall Collection. What do you think of this collection?
