Crayola is Not Just for Kids!! Sally Hansen Just Made Me Throwback!

Insta-Dry x Crayola has a fabulous pastel line up and it's bringing up all kinds of childhood memories! I got three colors to show off and I am super excited to show them to you just in time for back to school!
 I got to try three shades: Melon, Wisteria and Canary. All three of these are beautiful pastels and so perfectly Crayola!
 For the application, I had to apply two coats to get the perfect opacity. Pastels are always tricky to apply since they already have a white coat base which tends to make them streaky upon application. Thin, multiple coats that you let dry in between is key to the perfect pastel application. 
You can find your own shades with the Insta-Dri Crayola collection at Ulta, Amazon, Walmart and other big box stores. I have yet to see any in my local stores. So, they must be super popular or super hard to find!

Overall, I loved the samples I got! Canary is my favorite color and I have rocked it several times and I am usually not a yellow fan. I love the application and I love the staying power! For the price point, you cannot go wrong!

**Press Samples** Yup, I did it. I cut down all of my nails and started over a couple of months ago. I wanted to get some ridges filled and stop some cracking I had with this lovely winter weather. Zoya has a fantastic little line called NAKED MANICURE.  It consists of a base coat, perfector in a couple different shades and then a top coat. The perfector users diffusers, keratin, and reflective color pigments to create an illusion all while ensuring healing of your natural nail to help conceal imperfections.  I've been using this set for about 2 months now and I have been able to grow my nails back out all while keeping them strong and healthy. I will continue to use this system in between manicures just to help continue that strengthening process and for a little refresher.

Zoya Pinks! Comparison Post

**Press Samples** I guess I have been in the testing mood. This time, pinks. Not just any old pinks, but Zoya pinks! With the release of Wanderlust, I got thinking about all the different pinks Zoya had and could they really all be different? I grabbed all the similar looking pinks and went to swatch town. I used 8 different pinks from my vast Zoya collection. I even snuck in a matte!  As  you can see, while some of them are seriously similar. I think Byrdie and Nana are most similar. I loooove all of these pinks and this little comparison experiment, made me literally want to wear one each week! Maybe a little girly pick me up?!?! What do you think of these pinks?
