Northern Star presents Carnivale

I am continuing my destash a bit and I am going to show you one that I have had sitting for quite some time now. This is part of a trio that I won in a giveaway a loooooong time ago.
 I am a fan of Northern Star Polish as she has some really gorgeous holos. She also has some of my favorite cuticle oils as well!!
Carnivale is a bright pink linear holo. I am using 3 coats in these pictures. I think that maybe 2 would be ok, but no less then that. It was a little shear, but to definitely a builder.
I was hoping for a nice sunny day when I did these, but yeah no such luck. Of course now that I did them and posted I have gorgeous sun. Oh well. These would bling beautifully in the sun!
I **think** I have 1 more from the giveaway trio to try and then I can cross one more collection off of my untireds list. Only about 50 more to go!! I will get there AND then I can BUY MORE!!

I Went Naked...With My Nails!

**Press Samples** Yup, I did it. I cut down all of my nails and started over a couple of months ago. I wanted to get some ridges filled and stop some cracking I had with this lovely winter weather. Zoya has a fantastic little line called NAKED MANICURE.  It consists of a base coat, perfector in a couple different shades and then a top coat. The perfector users diffusers, keratin, and reflective color pigments to create an illusion all while ensuring healing of your natural nail to help conceal imperfections.  I've been using this set for about 2 months now and I have been able to grow my nails back out all while keeping them strong and healthy. I will continue to use this system in between manicures just to help continue that strengthening process and for a little refresher.

Zoya Pinks! Comparison Post

**Press Samples** I guess I have been in the testing mood. This time, pinks. Not just any old pinks, but Zoya pinks! With the release of Wanderlust, I got thinking about all the different pinks Zoya had and could they really all be different? I grabbed all the similar looking pinks and went to swatch town. I used 8 different pinks from my vast Zoya collection. I even snuck in a matte!  As  you can see, while some of them are seriously similar. I think Byrdie and Nana are most similar. I loooove all of these pinks and this little comparison experiment, made me literally want to wear one each week! Maybe a little girly pick me up?!?! What do you think of these pinks? Do you have a favorite? Is there any other Zoya pinks you would add to this?
