Goldie Oldie Thursday presents White Base with a CHEAT

I know, I know. I skipped out on last weeks post. I just was sooo overwhelmed between being on the road for three weeks and then coming back to a huuuuge pile of work. I missed it. Don't worry! I am slowly getting back into it.


For this design, I decided to do ALL Rica Polish colors! I just ordered the ENTIRE squishy collection and some more stampers. What better to stamp over a blank white canvas? I know, I know what you are thinking, "THIS IS A GOLDIE OLDIE CHALLENGE". Well, I cheated! Think of it as opposite day. I am using all NEW polishes instead of old. Sorry about it!



 I used the Dashica Big SdP-S plate for the design. I love this plate, but it reminds me that I really need to invest in more!! What are some of your favorite stamping plates? Do you have a favorite company to order from? I can tell you that JustRica has some of my favorite stamping polishes!!
 

Next week I will continue and actually stay true to the OLDIE theme with black base. It will be a stamp, but I will add some metallics in here. Let's see how well age was been to my metallics.

I Went Naked...With My Nails!

**Press Samples** Yup, I did it. I cut down all of my nails and started over a couple of months ago. I wanted to get some ridges filled and stop some cracking I had with this lovely winter weather. Zoya has a fantastic little line called NAKED MANICURE.  It consists of a base coat, perfector in a couple different shades and then a top coat. The perfector users diffusers, keratin, and reflective color pigments to create an illusion all while ensuring healing of your natural nail to help conceal imperfections.  I've been using this set for about 2 months now and I have been able to grow my nails back out all while keeping them strong and healthy. I will continue to use this system in between manicures just to help continue that strengthening process and for a little refresher.

Zoya Pinks! Comparison Post

**Press Samples** I guess I have been in the testing mood. This time, pinks. Not just any old pinks, but Zoya pinks! With the release of Wanderlust, I got thinking about all the different pinks Zoya had and could they really all be different? I grabbed all the similar looking pinks and went to swatch town. I used 8 different pinks from my vast Zoya collection. I even snuck in a matte!  As  you can see, while some of them are seriously similar. I think Byrdie and Nana are most similar. I loooove all of these pinks and this little comparison experiment, made me literally want to wear one each week! Maybe a little girly pick me up?!?! What do you think of these pinks? Do you have a favorite? Is there any other Zoya pinks you would add to this?
