GOT Polish Challenge presents Turquoise

It's back!!! We are back for a whole new set Golden Oldies for me to do. I was able to use a lot of my old polishes and this round I have a whole new selection open. This week our task was to use our oldest turquoise colors.


I used 3 of my turquoise polishes for this design. A couple months ago (or maybe even last year), I did a turquoise comparison. If you are interested, you can check it out here. 


I did just a simple dotted skittle with the Funky Fingers Bizerk Turq as the base. I used two coats to cover up the bald spots. 


On top of the base, I used a dotting tool to finish off with China Glaze- Turned Up Turquoise and Sation- Oh My Oceana. I forgot how much I love turquoise and all of the different shades that I have. 


What do you think of simple dot designs? I think they look awesome and they are so simple easy to do.

I Went Naked...With My Nails!

**Press Samples** Yup, I did it. I cut down all of my nails and started over a couple of months ago. I wanted to get some ridges filled and stop some cracking I had with this lovely winter weather. Zoya has a fantastic little line called NAKED MANICURE.  It consists of a base coat, perfector in a couple different shades and then a top coat. The perfector users diffusers, keratin, and reflective color pigments to create an illusion all while ensuring healing of your natural nail to help conceal imperfections.  I've been using this set for about 2 months now and I have been able to grow my nails back out all while keeping them strong and healthy. I will continue to use this system in between manicures just to help continue that strengthening process and for a little refresher.

Zoya Pinks! Comparison Post

**Press Samples** I guess I have been in the testing mood. This time, pinks. Not just any old pinks, but Zoya pinks! With the release of Wanderlust, I got thinking about all the different pinks Zoya had and could they really all be different? I grabbed all the similar looking pinks and went to swatch town. I used 8 different pinks from my vast Zoya collection. I even snuck in a matte!  As  you can see, while some of them are seriously similar. I think Byrdie and Nana are most similar. I loooove all of these pinks and this little comparison experiment, made me literally want to wear one each week! Maybe a little girly pick me up?!?! What do you think of these pinks? Do you have a favorite? Is there any other Zoya pinks you would add to this?
