Turquoise Comparison

So I have another Tri-Color Challenge coming up and one of the colors is turquoise. What color is turquoise anyway?? Well I have a couple that are considered to be the color of turquoise. I wanted to show you a comparison of them. This is my first comparison post, so please bear with me! So from left to right in the photo, these are the brands and names of the turquoise colors I own. I did not apply any kind of top coat to these so that the true colors and effect would be shown as accurately as possible.

(L to R) Sinful Colors- Rise and Shine, China Glaze- Turned Up Turquoise, Funky Fingers- Bizerk Turq, Sation- Oh My Oceana, Revlon- Ocean Breeze, OPI- Austin-Tatious Turquoise

Sinful Colors- Rise and Shine- I really  like Sinful Colors. The application and dry effect are excellent considering the cheap price. I really like this brand.

China Glaze- Turned Up Turquoise- This may be the winner. I liked the matteness of it as well as the overall application, smell and look when it dried.

Funky Fingers- Bizerk Turq- Funky Fingers application was slightly thick, but it was a nice shiny finish.

Sation- Oh My Oceana- I love love love love this color! I love everything about Sation polishes! I am not using this polish because I love it so much I want to savor it for special occasions. This polish has a nice consistency and dries very nicely with a nice creme finish.

Revlon- Ocean Breeze- This is a scented polish!! This actually has a really nice scent! I love Revlon's formula. I would not use this one only because of the shimmer. It is way too hard to do different designs with a really shiny polish- at least for me it is.

OPI- Austin-Tatious Turquoise- I loved this color when I bought it. It was way on clearance from Target. I put it on for the first time and I was super sad :( It took me about 4 coats to get close to full opacity. Very frustrating since it looks pretty thick from the bottle. I was thinking about using this over a holo and see what I get.

So as to the one that I am going to use for my challenge?? Good question! I am leaning towards the China Glaze as I mentioned. Let me know what you think!!
