August Sephora Play! Box

**Bought It**

This months Sephora Play! Box was out of this world! The variety of products, the name brands and just the overall goodness makes this one of the best so far!! If you do not subscribe to this box, YOU MUST!! I have bought so many products from these boxes that I have almost doubled my Beauty Insider points since I have subscribed. Maybe bad for my wallet?? NO!!
Urban Decay- Perversion Mascara
This is a volumizing and lengthening mascara that has a triple-black pigment for the darkest of dark lashes. Fun fact: Urban Decay tested over 80 different formulas before landing on this one. It applies so smoothly and really does give you the best pop of black! Plus that name... it calls to me!!
Sephora Collection- Contour Waterproof Eye Pencil 12 Hour Wear
This is in the color Flirting Game and I am truly in love! It is really hard for me to love eyeliners especially since I have such a chip about my eyeliner overload in my Ipsy bags. This one, is just awesome! When I did my swatch, I wanted to see how long it really stayed on. Well, if you saw me on Snapchat, you would have seen that it was definitely well over 12 hours. Not to mention, the color is awesome. I've been rocking this a lot since I got it! I've smoked out my eye with a smudge brush and I've used it just as a liner. Perfect for looking A+ at the gym.... lol!
Clean- Reserve Blonde Rose
Yes, I already bought a rollerball of this. I am head over heels in love with this scent!! I brought it to DC with me last week and I haven't been able to put it down since then. This is a combination of rose, jasmine, peony and sandalwood. The best part of this is it is made with cruelty-free ingredients and recyclable material. Well, the best part is actually the smell, but it's all good!!
Make Up For Ever- Artist Shadow
This little beauty is in the color I-544. This is an iridescent pink granite with their formulary gel-powder. It is super smooth and buttery. My favorite way to use this is to wet my liner brush, dip it in the shadow and then use it as liner. It is almost a perfect pair with the Sephora liner. This, a little smudged, looks sooo great on my little hooded eyes. It eventually smokes out during the day anyway. Perfection!
Caudalie- Resveratrol Eye Lifting Balm
See this awesome little combination of Resvertrol and Harvard Medical School brains? Yes, that is where this little beauty came from! This is used to reduce the look of dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. Such a great product and if used correctly, it will be your greatest. When I use this, I use it from my brow bone down to the top of my cheek bone and out to the end of my eyebrow. Always dab any eye product, you don't want to pull that pretty little eye skin! I pat this baby on morning and night before my moisturizer.
Lancome Energie De Vie- Smoothing & Glowing Liquid Care Moisturizer
The is the perfect match for the Caudalie. This is not a creme moisturizer, but a liquid lotion. I actually use it before my usual moisturizer, especially in the upcoming dry months. Instead of rubbing this in, give it a couple nice pats to make sure it goes and sinks in where you want it to on your face. This special liquid lotion that originates from Asian and makes it easier for skin to soak up the goodness. This does give me a little tingle when I put it on, but I really think it's because of the lemon balm in it. I really do like this product and if I see a noticeable difference in my skin texture and feel, I will be buying a full size.

See?? Do you see what I mean about awesome and best ever?? These products are amazing and they are all totally usable! I will continue on my sub box and waiting patiently (not so much) until my September box!!
