Rodan and Fields Redefine Regimen and Acute Care Review

Today, I have something that I have been working on for a long time. I have been using the Redefine Regimen for about 6 weeks now and I am sooo in love with it. So, let me tell you a little bit about the product- you know all the good details and then I will tell you what I thought of it. 

First, I wanted to try this product because aging prevention is super important to me. I am just freshly 30 so I am very into preventative maintenance. I have a couple really hard lines on my face already so when I heard I had an opportunity to soften them, I jumped on it.

The Redefine Regimen comes with 3 steps that you use twice daily. I have VERY sensitive skin and I didn't have any problems using this. I must say that you should consult the people over at Rodan and Fields before you jump in on this to make sure it's the right regimen for you especially if you have crazy skin like I do.

Redefine Regimen

Step 1. Daily Cleansing Mask

This is a white creamy exfoliating daily cleanser that you put on wet fingers, apply to your face, let dry, rinse and then pat dry. The smell of this is really nice, clean and not harsh. I used this twice a day and it was not too harsh on me.

Step 2. Pore Minimizing Toner

This is an alcohol- free toner so it doesn't dry out your skin too much. You use this after your cleansing mask. It gives you a nice fresh palette to start with after you wash just in case you miss some dirt.

Step 3. Triple Defense Treatment Broad Spectrum SPF 30 and Overnight Restorative Cream

So, this is the trickiest part of this whole regimen. You use the Triple Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 30 during the day and then the Overnight Restorative Cream at night. The easy way to remember this is that the jar for the night has a giant "PM" marked on the top. That's perfect for me! Love these people!!

Acute Care

This is for real magic in a box. I have never, ever tried a product that worked like this. I need to have this in my life forever. I used this once and I fell in love. So, first how this works:

First, you use your Daily Cleansing Mask. Then take a tray from your pack. Make sure your hands are clean. Take the patches out of the tray and peel the white backing off. Place them on your problem areas and then let them rest overnight. You want to be careful to put them on taught and to not put any other creams on underneath. 

These feel so cool once you put them on. They feel like little prickles and you can actually feel it working. AND when you wake up in the morning you will not believe your eyes. Your lines will actually be drastically reduced or gone! For real. Look at all of these examples.

Sorry about my zombie eyes in this picture. I will also say that this shows the importance of pulling the patches taught or you will get some kinks when you wake up.

I have tried them on my laugh lines, my eye area, my deep wrinkles on my forehead (that I have tried everything to get rid of), and the middle of my forehead.

This is what I got at about 6 weeks of usage. I have noticed soo many changes. What do you think??

Overall, I am super impressed with the entire system. I have noticed that my skin is smoother. I have less noticeable wrinkles and fine lines and my skin is just more attractive. My makeup applies smoother and my face just feels amazing. The only issue I have is that you cannot buy the products individually on their site. So, unless you have a rep that you buy from you are at the will of the entire package.
