I absolutely love showing off new hair tools and this is one of my new faves. You usually see hair tools on ladies with longer hair and I miss all the goodies for us ladies that have ear to shoulder length hair. I love doing loose beachy curls, especially for work. When I found out I was going to be showing this off to you, I was so excited! I have been growing out my hair for a couple of months now and I have hit past my shoulders, but it's still not at the looooong length that my hair just curls on it's own anymore.
A little help with this baby is all I need. I found this to be super easy to use, very easy on my color-treated hair and able to fight through my thick hair!

This is my lovely BEFORE hair. On the right is straight out of bed and on the left is a little flattening out. LOL! I usually straighten it out with a flat iron so this is what it looks like when it's air dried.

First up, I have all the details you need to know:
  • Five heat settings up to 410 degrees. You will want to use the lower settings for damaged or color- treated hair and higher settings for thick hair. If you have my kind of hair, use a happy medium.
  • ALWAYS use a heat protectant on your hair.
  • T3 claims your curls will be long lasting and easy to create no matter your skill level
  • Gyroscopic technology is used to help create the curls. When you move your wrist, it detects the movement and rotates to help grab the rest of the curl.
  • 9ft cord to help maneuver around your entire head without having to adjust your body
  • The barrel is 1.25" and is ceramic and made of tourmaline.
  •  It uses Digital Single Pass Technology  with it's hollow barrel to measure and adjust the temperature for consistency across the entire barrel.

What I thought:
I was super impressed with this tool. I usually curl my hair with my flat iron because I can get things done quicker that way but this product changes this. I smooths my hair because of the ceramic and tourmaline so I don't need the straightener anymore. This was so easy to use and so fun to use. New hair tools to me are like Christmas presents! Speaking of, I know it's super early BUT this would make a super awesome Christmas present!!

The ONLY issue (and this is just me being me) I had with this is that I  kind of wish the handle was a different color than the barrel. It would prevent anyone from grabbing the barrel instead of the handle if you weren't paying attention. Also from the twirling, the stand and clamp move so if you are like me and like everything to match you will need to move them back to realign the stand back up with the power switch.

The gyroscopic technology piece, as promised: So this is super neat and sounded so fun when I first read about it. I thought, "how cool, it basically curls my hair for me". The only warning I have about this is it's kind of weird to get used to it. You have to flick your wrist and then kind of hold it in an awkward way in order for it to complete the rotation. Also once you get close to your head, you cannot use it or you will burn your head. There is no technology that says "hey we are very close to your head and we need to stop twirling". So DON'T press the button once you get close.

You can also enter to win your very own below. Why not?!?!

You can buy this from Sephora for $230.

What do you think of these curls? I love the way these came out. I am a T3 Girl FOREVER!!
