Mary Kay Graphic Blue Cat Eyes & Playful Pink Lips on Project Runway

Last week I brought you a really great look for the fall with green eyes and really sexy plum red lips. This week I am bringing you the hotest look right now. Blue liner!! I am loving the blue lined eyes. Mary Kay makeup artist Luis Casco is right on trend in bringing these looks and he's at it again with the Graphic Blue Cat eyes and Playful Pink Lips. This was such a fun look to recreate.
First, I wanted to take the time to tell you a little bit about the man behind the look, Luis Casco.
Surrounded
