GOT Polish Challenge Presents Indie

I am back on the GOT Polish schedule!!! Yeah!! I made it. I have been fighting through staying on schedule since work is back in full swing and it has been really tough. I am so proud of myself and everyday that I post on time, I give myself a pat on the back.
Anyway, this week we got to do Indie. So, I used some of my first indie polishes from someone that you may know. She is a pretty big deal now, but I got these before she even had a shop. Julie is a friend of mine and I just think she is the best. She makes incredible polish and she is an even more incredible person. I just love all things Julie and all things Blue Eyed Girl Lacquer.

So, I won this polish in a BEGL Instagram giveaway when I just starting out with my own bloggy about 3 years ago. These were the only colors she had in her collection and I own them!! I break them out every once in a while just to reminisce. 


Do you own an BEGL?? My stash has obviously grown in the last 3 years because I love her work so much and her CS is out of this world. If you do not own any, I totally recommend checking out her polish.

I Went Naked...With My Nails!

**Press Samples** Yup, I did it. I cut down all of my nails and started over a couple of months ago. I wanted to get some ridges filled and stop some cracking I had with this lovely winter weather. Zoya has a fantastic little line called NAKED MANICURE.  It consists of a base coat, perfector in a couple different shades and then a top coat. The perfector users diffusers, keratin, and reflective color pigments to create an illusion all while ensuring healing of your natural nail to help conceal imperfections.  I've been using this set for about 2 months now and I have been able to grow my nails back out all while keeping them strong and healthy. I will continue to use this system in between manicures just to help continue that strengthening process and for a little refresher.

Zoya Pinks! Comparison Post

**Press Samples** I guess I have been in the testing mood. This time, pinks. Not just any old pinks, but Zoya pinks! With the release of Wanderlust, I got thinking about all the different pinks Zoya had and could they really all be different? I grabbed all the similar looking pinks and went to swatch town. I used 8 different pinks from my vast Zoya collection. I even snuck in a matte!  As  you can see, while some of them are seriously similar. I think Byrdie and Nana are most similar. I loooove all of these pinks and this little comparison experiment, made me literally want to wear one each week! Maybe a little girly pick me up?!?! What do you think of these pinks? Do you have a favorite? Is there any other Zoya pinks you would add to this?
