NYC New York Color Sun n' Bronze Review

**Press Sample**

I was given a new opportunity to check out some new beauty products from NYC New York Color and tell you about them. First up, I have 2 bronzers. I love bronzers in the summer. It is the quickest way to get that sun kissed look without the actual sun damage.

This product ranges from $4.50 to $5.50 depending on where you like to shop. If you are interested in finding out more about these products, check out NYC New York Color here:

The first color I have is Coral Samba (002)

This, for me, is more of an evening color. It has the dark tones for that perfect evening look. The product has a slight shimmer in it, but it is not overpowering. I used this in 3 different capacities so it worked ok with the shimmer. The darker colors were used as a bronzer to contour and the pink I used as a blush. I could also see using this as eye shadows if you are looking for something neutral with a shimmer.

What I liked:
Easy to use package
Easy to store
Smooth powder
Ultra sheer powder

What I didn't like:
I am a pale, pale lady (well except during that 1 month in the summer when I go to the beach) so this is hard to blend in on my already translucent skin. If you have darker skin, this would not be a problem for you.
It is ultra pressed, so it is kind of hard to get some good product on my brush.

The next color I have is Rosa Rio (001)

I looooove this shade. It is perfect for my skin tone and perfect for the work day. The only down fall, and it's completely personal taste, is the shimmer. I like my makeup matte, but this is still great for a little extra shimmer. I also really like the lighter tone for a highlighter. I use it on my brow bones, eyes, nose, etc. While I said I didn't like the shimmer, it is not too overpowering that I look like a disco ball. The darker color was kind of hard to work with on it's own, but when you combine all of them together, it looks great!

What I liked:
Easy to use package
Easy to store
Smooth powder
Ultra sheer powder
Color combination for my skin tone

What I didn't like:
The shimmer- totally personal taste

Overall, I really liked these products. I enjoyed the texture and finish for both of them. The coverage is very sheer so if you wear heavy make up, this may not be for you. This is also not an all-day wear make up so to extend the wear time, be sure to use a finishing spray.
