We all love selfies, right? Well, I know I do! L.A. Looks is giving one lucky Facebook fan the opportunity to submit a photo with their best “L.A. Look” for a chance to win a trip to L.A. for a professional photo shoot and a surprise VIP experience. How awesome would that be??

 Well, if you missed my first post of the information about the contest, here it is again:

L.A. Looks wants you to submit a picture of yourself with your best "L.A. Look". You will want to show the embodiment of "L.A. Look". Both males and females are eligible. 10 men and 10 women will be selected for the finalist stage. From there, on September 22, L.A. Looks Facebook fans will pick the winner. The winner gets a trip to L.A. for a professional photo shoot and surprise VIP experience, including airfare, L.A. car rental, hotel and a trip stipend. 

L.A. Looks is looking for a male and female that embodies L.A. Looks with both appearance and spirit. So, if you are 18 and older, you can enter just by visiting the L.A. Looks Facebook page, liking the page and submitting a picture of your bad self from now until September 6th.


All entries will be judged on originality, creativity, quality of photo and overall appeal. So, get your cameras ready to snap those sexy selfies!!

I Went Naked...With My Nails!

**Press Samples** Yup, I did it. I cut down all of my nails and started over a couple of months ago. I wanted to get some ridges filled and stop some cracking I had with this lovely winter weather. Zoya has a fantastic little line called NAKED MANICURE.  It consists of a base coat, perfector in a couple different shades and then a top coat. The perfector users diffusers, keratin, and reflective color pigments to create an illusion all while ensuring healing of your natural nail to help conceal imperfections.  I've been using this set for about 2 months now and I have been able to grow my nails back out all while keeping them strong and healthy. I will continue to use this system in between manicures just to help continue that strengthening process and for a little refresher.

Zoya Pinks! Comparison Post

**Press Samples** I guess I have been in the testing mood. This time, pinks. Not just any old pinks, but Zoya pinks! With the release of Wanderlust, I got thinking about all the different pinks Zoya had and could they really all be different? I grabbed all the similar looking pinks and went to swatch town. I used 8 different pinks from my vast Zoya collection. I even snuck in a matte!  As  you can see, while some of them are seriously similar. I think Byrdie and Nana are most similar. I loooove all of these pinks and this little comparison experiment, made me literally want to wear one each week! Maybe a little girly pick me up?!?! What do you think of these pinks? Do you have a favorite? Is there any other Zoya pinks you would add to this?
